Article 1 - Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the MOJORA online store, hosted on the Shopify Inc. e-commerce platform. By using this service, the User agrees to these Terms.

Article 2 - Registration & User ID

Users are responsible for managing their account credentials. The Company is not liable for unauthorized use of IDs or passwords by third parties, except in cases of gross negligence.

Article 3 - Purchase & Payment

Users shall pay the purchase price displayed at checkout via Shopify’s supported payment methods. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Article 4 - Prohibitions

The User is prohibited from:

・Infringing on copyrights or intellectual property owned by MOJORA.

・Unauthorized reproduction or commercial resale of any content from this site.

・Acts that interfere with the operation of the Shopify servers or our network.

Article 5 - Returns & Quality Standards

・Returns: All sales are subject to our 14-day return policy. Returns for "change of mind" or used items are not accepted.

・Quality: Regarding physical products, the User acknowledges the characteristics of hand-printed fabrics as defined in our "About" page.

Article 6 - Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions due to system maintenance, Shopify platform issues, or force majeure. Liability for negligence is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

Article 7 - Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in the Company’s primary place of business.
