Cancellation is possible only before the item has been shipped. We cannot accept cancellations after shipment.


[Returns & Exchanges]

Characteristics of Hand-Printed Fabrics

Ink splashes and print misalignment on hand-printed fabrics are unique characteristics of the craft and are NOT considered defects(damage).

Also, please note that product colors may differ slightly from the actual item depending on your monitor settings. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges based on these specific reasons.


(1) Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted ONLY if the item is defective(damaged) or if the incorrect item was delivered. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.


(2) Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following:

 ・Vintage items (All sales are final)

 ・Items that have been used.

 ・Items reported more than 14 days after delivery.

 ・Items damaged or stained by the customer.

 ・Items explicitly marked as "Non-returnable" on the product page.

 ・Packages refused due to non-payment of customs duties or taxes.

 ・Items destroyed or abandoned by the carrier due to customer unavailability or refusal.

(3) Shipping Costs

 ・For Defective/Incorrect Items: We will bear the shipping costs for returning and exchanging defective or incorrect items.

 ・Important: If a package is refused by the customer due to customs fees or unavailability, the package will be abandoned (destroyed) locally and NOT returned to us. In this case, NO REFUND will be issued.

(4) Refunds 

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the returned item arrives and passes inspection.


(5) Exchanges 

For defective items, we will ship a replacement promptly after receiving the returned product.
