[Cancellation / Return / Exchange/Refund]

Ink splashes and print misalignment on hand-printed fabrics are characteristic and not damage. We will make a judgment after inspecting the product and sell it, so please understand them before purchasing.

Also, depending on the characteristics of the monitor, the color of the item may differ from the actual item.

Cancellation is possible only if it has not been shipped. Cancellation after shipping is not accepted.

[Returns and exchanges]

(1) Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of arrival of the product.

(2) Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products.

・ Products used

・ Items that have been received for more than 14 days

・ Products with scratches or stains on the customer side

・ Other products that clearly state that they cannot be returned on the product introduction page

(3) The customer will bear the full shipping cost for returned goods due to customer's convenience, and we will bear the shipping cost for returned goods due to our reasons.

(4) Refunds will be made within 3 business days after the returned item arrives, depending on the payment method.
